How long before i get my products delivered?Typically most deliveries are completed in 4-5 working days, except for Mumbai where delivery is done in 24-48 hours.

What is ships in against each product indicate?“Ships in” indicates the time frame in which your product will be dispatched from our warehouse or our vendor partner warehouse.

Do you have any delivery charges?For orders above Rs.799/- delivery is FREE, for orders below Rs.799/- we charge a nominal Rs.100/- per delivery.

I want to pay Cash on delivery (COD) is it possible?Yes, we accept COD, use the COD checker against each product to check if COD is available in your area.

Your website does not deliver to my pincode?We are sorry we could not deliver to your pincode. But do drop us a mail at sales@wellnessvalleyindia.com with a request and your pincode, we will try our best to arrange for a way to deliver to your pincode.

I received a parcel today and it was damaged?We are sorry for that, please do send us an image of the damaged pack to sales@wellnessvalleyindia.com, we shall arrange to replace the same immediately.

I received a pack and it was insect infested?We take almost care to ensure the products are fresh and free from any insect infestation. But due to the pure nature of products we do see some infestation happening. In this case, we request you to send us a picture of the pack to sales@wellnessvalleyindia.com, we shall arrange to replace the same immediately.

I want a refund, what is the process?As most of our products are prishable in nature we currently do not do any refund, but give a store credit for the same amount.
