This oil should be allowed to be absorbed the way oil is put on baby’s head. This oil should be allowed to be absorbed in joints, in the gaps, in the spines. apply this oil on blunt injuries and painful muscles and foment with a towel soaked in a hot water. For relief from rheumatism and arthritis apply this oil on the soles in the evening and rub the soles with a kasha bowl (made of an alloy of seven metals). In a short while, the yellow oil turns green and later turns turns black. Keep both the feet in lukewarm water for ten minutes, clean your feet using soap. In 15 to 45 days the oil will stop changing its color and after applying oil to the feet, it will remain yellow. This means that rheumatism has been reduced by 80 to 90 percent.
